Booking Conditions

Our consultations are free of charge and take place at our specialty store in Augsburg, unless otherwise agreed. Please be on time so that we can make full use of your allocated time.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else.
If you arrive late, your consultation time may be shortened accordingly.
For cigars and spirits: Sale only to adults, please have an ID ready if required.
By booking, you agree to be contacted for appointment coordination and reminders via email or phone.
