Order & Shipping

How can I place an order?

Ordering in our online shop is very easy:

  1. Select your desired product and put it in your shopping cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping address.
  3. Choose a payment method and confirm your order.
  4. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I need a customer account to order?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account has advantages: you can complete your orders faster, track your order status and receive exclusive offers.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship your order within 24 hours. The delivery time depends on the shipping service provider.

  • Germany : approx. 2–4 working days
  • EU & Switzerland : approx. 3–10 working days

If there are any delays, we will inform you by email.

Which shipping service provider will ship my order?

We ship with DHL, DPD and UPS . Shipping is insured and you will receive a tracking number .

Can I change or cancel my order later?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether a change or cancellation is possible.

Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be cancelled.

Products & Care

Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?

Many of our pieces of jewelry are of high quality, but we recommend protecting them from water, perfume and cleaning products to ensure their longevity.

How do I properly care for my jewelry?

  • Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth .
  • Store it in a jewelry box when you are not wearing it.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, creams & water .

Do you adjust jewelry or watches?

Yes, we offer services such as shortening watch straps or adjusting rings.

What does water resistance mean for watches?

The water resistance of watches is indicated in bars (or meters). Important to know: The meter values ​​given are theoretical laboratory values ​​and not actual diving depths.

  • 3 bar (30 m): Splash-proof, but not suitable for showering or swimming.
  • 5 bar (50 m): Resistant to splashes and short immersion, but not for continuous swimming.
  • 10 bar (100 m): Suitable for swimming, snorkeling and water sports, but not for diving with compressed air.
  • 20 bar (200 m): Suitable for all water sports and also for diving without professional equipment.

To ensure the seals last longer, we recommend having the watch checked regularly for water resistance.

engravings & customizations

Do you offer engravings?

Yes, we engrave many of our jewelry and watches. Just write to us if you would like a personalized engraving.

Can I change the engraving later?

No, an engraving is permanent and cannot be removed or changed. Please check your desired engraving carefully.

How do I properly care for my watch?

  • Clean your watch with a soft microfiber cloth .
  • Store mechanical watches in a watch winder .
  • Have your watch checked regularly by a watchmaker .

Return & Warranty

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return unworn items within 30 days. Personalized items cannot be returned. Learn more

How does the return process work?

  • Please notify us of the return by email.
  • Return the product in its original packaging.
  • We will check the item and refund you the purchase amount.

Is there a guarantee on my watch?

Yes, all watches have a manufacturer's guarantee (usually 2 years). We offer repairs after the guarantee period through our authorized workshop.
