Located in the heart of the Scottish Hebrides, just a short ferry ride from the Isle of Skye, lies the Isle of Raasay Distillery. The island's first legal distillery. Here, whiskies are created that reflect the wild beauty and history of their homeland. Every drop is distilled, matured, and bottled on-site, using mineral-rich water from their own well.

The Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt Whisky, with 46.4% ABV, is the distillery's flagship offering. It combines peated and unpeated spirits, matured separately in three cask types: first-fill rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a balanced whisky with notes of dark fruits, wood smoke, and salted caramel. The long fermentation of up to 118 hours adds additional depth and complexity.

The distinctive bottle, with its irregular surface, captures the island's rugged landscape and geological heritage. A whisky that impresses not only in taste but also visually.
