Prinz Fine Distillery

For almost 140 years, the Prinz Fein distillery has stood for high-quality distillates made from the finest fruit. Located in Hörbranz on the Austrian shores of Lake Constance, the family business combines traditional distilling craftsmanship with modern technology. The results are fine schnapps, fruity liqueurs, and characterful brandies with a distinctive flavor.

The region around Lake Constance offers ideal conditions for fruit growing. Ripe Williams pears, apples, cherries, and plums are carefully harvested, gently processed, and distilled using a special vacuum distillation process. The low distillation temperature preserves the natural aromas, allowing them to develop into complex, balanced spirits. This creates classics such as apricot schnapps and wood-barrel brandy with a full-bodied character and a long tradition.
