Prinz's Alte Kirsche (Old Cherry) is a fine fruit brandy with 41% ABV that captivates with its intense fruitiness and subtle woody notes. Only fully ripe cherries from the region are used for this brandy. After careful distillation at the Prinz fine distillery in Hörbranz, the brandy matures for several months in special wooden barrels, which are then further refined with fruit extracts. This creates a particularly aromatic cherry brandy with a full-bodied character and smooth structure.

Upon opening, the Alte Kirsche exudes an enticing aroma of dark, ripe cherries. On the palate, a clear, varietal aroma unfolds, supported by gentle wood notes. This combination makes the brandy a true insider tip for lovers of fruity fruit spirits.

The Prinz fine distillery, founded in 1886, is located on the Austrian shores of Lake Constance and looks back on a long distilling tradition. Thanks to the favorable climate around Hörbranz, particularly aromatic fruits thrive here, forming the basis for many Prinz specialties. The Alte Kirsche (Old Cherry) also benefits from this regional diversity and decades of processing experience.

For the perfect enjoyment, we recommend a drinking temperature between 15 and 17 °C. A fruit brandy glass or a classic grappa glass is best, allowing the full aroma of the cherries to unfold.
